A DAY IN THE LIFE…
- Ensuring that the technical solution follows corporate and market standards and is delivered with the expected quality, being on time and in budget.
- Lead all of breakdown and have technical solution proper permanent solution preventive action prevent replete issue.
- Preparation of the user and technical specifications, coordinating the requirements of the main users (production, quality, etc.), the follow up of the solution development, the pre-test, implementation and training of operators and maintenance crews.
- Ensure that the instrument calibration plan can be deliver follow up masterplan and on time and maintain equipment reliability well.
- Ensure Process & Equipment safety for people, products and environment and that one exhibits an attitude of absolute intolerance for unsafe situations.
- Ensures that all installations comply with market and corporate safety, health, environment, product safety and product quality standards and documentation is up to date and in place.
- Power full and positive on challenged culture.
- Service minded, work well under pressure.
- Agree to spending rest time to support issue on emergency case.
ARE YOU A FIT?
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronic or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Automation and/or MES engineer with Electrical experience.
- Understands SCADA and Program PLC Allen Bradley: Ladder ,FSC , Tool box , Device Net ,ControlNet , Ethernet , Fieldbus , SI vale ,Drive AB, Panel view
- Experience in supervising a team (technical teams, contractors, or other 3rd parties)
- Exposure to preventive maintenance planning and/or maintenance execution.
- Competent in Safety & Compliance.
- Hands-on and participation in the start-up of technical equipment(s) and/or production line(s).
- Able to communicate in English & Thai.
- Good negotiation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work cross functional.
