About the role:

As the Head of Sales at OOAK Relations your main responsibilities will include leading the sales and growth through customer acquisition where relationship building is key. You will develop strategies to integrate OOAK into clients' ecosystems, optimizing sales across all customer touch-points and collaborating with the marketing team to create a unified approach to the sales and marketing funnel.

You will also participate in shaping OOAK's growth and culture, executing on your own strategy and implementing effective tools to apply a data-driven approach to measuring and following up on sales performance.

To be successful in this role you should have a proven track record of successful sales execution and an advantage would be if you have a good understanding of the recruitment and consulting industry and its ecosystem, as well as a good understanding of customer needs from startups and scale-ups to SMB and Enterprises.

Fluency in Swedish and English is required, and knowledge of other languages would be an advantage.

Core responsibilities:

  • Analyzing and client segmentation
  • Develop and execute account plans to meet and exceed sales and revenue targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand revenue streams within assigned accounts
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within assigned accounts
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Talent Agents and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - "Smart in alignment"
  • Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Working with CRM to optimize the way we work in alignment with sales and marketing
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to improve sales strategies and tactics continually
  • Share feedback, lobbying for additional support or changes required to be "top of game"
