What you’ll be doing...
As a Principal Security Applications Engineer in the Global Identity Services and Solutions team, you will be responsible for supporting and directly engaging with a variety of Identity technologies (both internally and externally), engaging with other SME’s, using your exceptional level of technical engineering expertise to resolve any challenges.
We are specialists in IoT and Identity Access Management and in this role, you will also provide support to a wide range of high-profile organisations, who operate or utilise critical systems within their Security eco-system.
Providing an exceptional level of technical expertise from a systems and application engineering perspective, ensuring to meet the challenges within a dynamically changing customer environment.
Going above and beyond for our customers, providing solutions to technical IoT, Cloud, Managed or on-premise platforms whilst working within a defined business framework.
Providing critical input and focused delivery on Problem/Query resolution of issues with a high degree of customer satisfaction, technical expertise, business acumen and within the agreed timeliness.
Following operational process and procedures as per the existing status quo and continually adapting and driving change to the global operations and product engineering centre.
Participating in customer facing engagements.
Interacting with third party vendors at both a technical and professional level, where required.
Delivering on resolution of complex issues individually or as a contributor with the team.
Contributing on New Product delivery and migrations with your team.
Participating/contributing in Product Management/Development meetings (i.e. defects, features).
Assessing, preparing and assisting Compliance Officer during yearly audit meetings.
What we’re looking for...
You will need to have:
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
Experience as Lead Engineer.
Fluency in English.
Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.
Valid driver's license.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Experience in dealing with Critical environments.
Experience in production platforms and applications.
Experience in Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible.
Experience in dealing with Technical SME’s and leadership, both internally and externally
Experience in working in similar field of Identity technologies.
Experience in DevOps models and principles.
Knowledge of cryptography.
Knowledge of Cloud based technologies (i.e. Azure, AWS, InTune).
Experience in leading and/or owning the technical delivery of solutions and/or resolution of issues.
